Are you anxious about what awaits for you today?
Something that might help is just to take a slow morning! Be present in your morning routine,
plan ahead the night before the perfect time to wake-up.
put slow music.
prepare your coffee or tea.
look at the mirror and say positive affirmations.
drink your coffee/tea in your balcony or looking outside.
take your time to dress up, put something that feels comfortable, and you feel pretty on it.
walk to your car confident and once in it look for your favorite song and drive to work singing and dancing out loud, or you can just put your fave podcast.
once you parked, take a minute, turn everything off and for at least one minute just breathe deeply.
then just put a big smile in your face, say good morning and have the best day.
be present.
Taking a slow morning can help you deal with the stress and challenges that can show during your day.
